When first contacting us with a query or an enquiry, the very best way to do this is by email. In that way we have a record of your details and enquiry that we can refer back to when attending to the matter. We are very happy to talk to you on the phone if we can (ie not out of phone range etc) but will always ask you to send through an email with the details.

The address of the property involved.
The full name of the Registered owners
A copy of any plans or documents you may have.
The title reference of the property or properties.
